Jeff Nuttall, CFP


Co-Founder, Managing Partner

Jeff is the head of the wealth management business at ReDefine. Jeff brings to clients his extensive knowledge and experience in the areas of portfolio design, implementation, and management, as well as his deep understanding of global macroeconomic trend and investment manager analysis. Jeff has decades of experience with banking, trust, tax and estate planning services, as well as in developing customized multi-generational trust and wealth transfer plans designed to manage the impact of estate taxes while still accomplishing personal and humanitarian goals. Jeff has received numerous accolades over his 25 year career and was recognized by Barron’s Magazine as one of America’s Top Financial Advisors for six consecutive years.  

Jason Inglis


 Co-Founder, Managing Partner


Jason heads day to day operations and corporate development for ReDefine, with the primary responsibility of developing and implementing the firms' strategic growth plans. Jason is an accomplished senior executive with extensive knowledge and expertise in structuring, positioning, analyzing, selling, and marketing private placements, hedge funds, mutual funds, SMAs, ETFs, closed end funds, CPOs, and alternative investments. Before founding the ReDefine Family of Companies -  ReDefine Independent Advisors, ReDefine Capital Management, ReDefine Capital Partners, and ReDefine Wealth Management - he spent over 20 years in the financial services industry serving in various senior executive roles with Angel Oak Capital Partners, Deutsche Bank AG (NYSE: DB), Envestnet (NYSE: ENV), and BNY Mellon (NYSE: BK). 

Nicole Garza


Director of Client Engagement


Nicole is the director of client engagement for ReDefine and serves our clients as a financial advisor and a liaison. Nicole strives to ensure that the lines of communication remain open and that each client receives an experience that far exceeds expectations. Nicole believes that each client deserves the utmost respect and personalized attention, and she works diligently to ensure that clients have a clear understanding of their portfolios and of the services available to them at ReDefine. Nicole holds the FINRA Series 7  (inactive) and Series 66 licenses. In addition, she is licensed in life, health, and variable annuities insurance (inactive) with an emphasis in long term care insurance .  

Sonja "Soni" Wall


Director of Trading, Chief Compliance Officer


Soni is the head of compliance oversight and portfolio trading at ReDefine. Soni brings nearly two decades of experience as an institutional broker, trader, and compliance associate to ReDefine. Soni is responsible for the firm’s compliance with state and federal regulatory securities law, and as Director of Trading, she oversees trade execution for RWM’s Active Asset Allocation Portfolios. With her comprehensive knowledge of financial markets and products, she will also work to enhance the firm’s marketing and brand development efforts. Soni earned her B.S. in Business specializing in Finance & Marketing from Arizona State University and she holds FINRA Series 4, 7, 24, (inactive) and 66 licenses. 

Nancy O'Hearn


Compliance Consultant

Nancy brings 25 years of institutional, capital markets experience to the compliance team. Nancy’s experience includes working with start-up Funds and Advisors at both State and SEC level. On-going CCO support activities include the preparation and maintenance of regulatory filings, updates to firm Policy and Procedures/Code of Ethics, conducting annual reviews, employee training, reviewing RFP’s, advertising data and email, and personal trading reviews. Nancy received her MBA in Finance from San Francisco State University and her Bachelor’s degree in Social Science from University of California, Berkeley. Nancy holds FINRA Series 7, 9/10, 24, 55, 63, and 65 licenses.
